Mark Alberto McKnight is a video and projection designer and sound designer for theatre, based in New York City and New Jersey.
As a projection designer, Mark has designed for The New School, The Tank, the SoHo Playhouse Lighthouse Festival, Theaterlab and Marymount Manhattan College.
Mark also works on David Bengali’s projection teams as an associate, assistant and animator: at MCC, The Public’s Joe’s Pub, New York Theatre Workshop, The Old Globe, La Jolla Playhouse, and on Broadway with Eureka Day at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre.
As a sound designer and composer, Mark wrote the original music for Like Father, Like Salt (which Mark also wrote) and Medusa, and assisted Fitz Patton at Dorset Theatre Festival.
Mark is a media designer who has a passion for visual and aural mediums in performance and experimental works.
